Plot

Cinderella shared a home with her stepmother and two stepsisters, who treated her harshly. From dawn to dusk, they forced her to clean, sew, and cook, while she did everything she could to please them. Her stepmother was especially icy and unkind, resentful of Cinderella’s grace and loveliness.
