Kabul Express (2006)

Plot

Five strangers are thrown together in a rickety jeep—two Indian reporters, an American photographer, an Afghan guide, and a Taliban soldier who has taken them captive. Over the next 48 hours, they traverse Afghanistan’s rugged terrain, where fear and hostility slowly give way to unexpected understanding. Despite their conflicting loyalties and the constant threat of danger, a fragile bond forms among them, forcing each to question their assumptions and discover their shared humanity in the most unlikely of circumstances.
