Plot
Vietnam veteran Jon Rubin moves back to New York, settling into a dilapidated apartment in Greenwich Village. Captivated by the lives of his neighbors, he adopts a voyeuristic approach reminiscent of 'Peeping Tom,' documenting their every move. His passion for filmmaking spirals into a deep connection with a radical Black Power organization, ultimately pushing him toward a shocking act of urban terrorism. As his artistic pursuits clash with political fervor, Jon navigates a labyrinth of morality and chaos, revealing the unsettling consequences of his obsessive quest for truth through the lens.
