Plot
Charming yet clumsy Monsieur Hulot delights in his quaint apartment located in a dreary part of the city, baffled by his sister's choice to relocate to the suburbs. Their home is a stark, modern monstrosity that Hulot only enters to whisk away his energetic young nephew. Meanwhile, his sister is determined to convert him to her lifestyle and devises a plan to find him a job and a suitable partner.
