Plot
After a decade away, Jacques returns to France to settle his late father’s estate. He had fled to the United States to leave behind the painful memories of his ex-wife, Mado, who has since built a new life with Stéphane and their seven-year-old son, Paul. When Jacques and Mado reunite, he asks to meet Paul. Mado hesitates but eventually agrees, keeping it secret from her husband. Soon, Jacques and Paul grow close, meeting in secret.
