Plot

Five college friends embark on a final expedition into Thailand's Devil's Mouth cave system, seeking one last thrill before adult responsibilities take over. Beneath the water, however, a swift, silent predator begins stalking them. Trapped in the crushing darkness, their trust shatters as fear takes hold. Each desperate, wrong move becomes a brutal struggle to stay alive.
