Mr. Denning Drives North (1951)
Plot
Wealthy aircraft designer Denning discovers that his daughter's boyfriend is a dangerous man. Attempting to buy him off goes awry when a confrontation leads to the boyfriend's accidental death. Rather than alerting the authorities, Denning conceals the body in a secluded area, staging it as a hit-and-run. As weeks pass without news of the discovery, Denning spirals into anxiety. When he confides in his wife, they both begin investigating the incident, a decision that may ultimately complicate their already precarious situation.
