Plot
Allyson and her fiancé Eric buy a new home and opt to rent out the guest house to alleviate some financial burdens. They welcome Joshua, who offers a substantial rent for a brief stay, seemingly the ideal tenant. However, as time passes, his unsettling behavior escalates, leaving the couple increasingly anxious.
