Plot
Angie's fresh start in a “no pets allowed” apartment takes an unexpected turn when a mischievous parrot shows up at her doorstep. Teaming up with her charming neighbor Ted, who is covertly caring for a dog, they embark on a humorous quest to uncover the bird's owner.
