Plot
Nick Starkey, once a cop, has been pulled back into the fray after a scandal forced his departure. Now, a cunning serial killer is terrorizing the city, prompting the police to seek his expertise once more. As he delves into the investigation, Nick confronts a tangled web of corruption, bribes, and personal ties, particularly involving his partner Frank's wife.
