Srinish Aravind, an Indian television actor, has carved a niche for himself in the Malayalam entertainment industry with his compelling performances.
Born and raised in Chennai, where his father worked, Aravind's roots trace back to the Palakkad district of Kerala. He grew up with two elder sisters and completed his schooling at J R K Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Chennai. He later pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Guru Nanak College and honed his craft at the Balu Mahendra Institute of Film Technology.
Before finding his footing in television, Aravind explored various professional avenues, including modelling and acting in Tamil short films. His breakthrough came with the acclaimed Asianet mega serial *Pranayam*, where he essayed the role of Sharan G Menon, a multinational CEO. Directed by Sudheesh Shankar and produced by Merryland Murugan, the show was an adaptation of the Hindi series *Ye Hai Mohabbatein* and drew inspiration from Manju Kapur's novel *Cover Story*. His portrayal earned him widespread recognition across Kerala.
In early 2017, Aravind expanded his repertoire with a Tamil TV debut in the long-running serial *Vamsam*, taking on a negative role. When *Pranayam* concluded in April 2017 after 524 episodes, he seamlessly transitioned to the lead role in *Ammuvinte Amma*, starring opposite Malavika Wales—a part previously played by Sajeesh. With his versatility and dedication, Aravind continues to be a prominent figure in South Indian television.
