**Jane Rosenthal** (born September 21, 1956) is an American film producer and a central figure in independent cinema. She holds the positions of co-founder, CEO, and executive chair at Tribeca Enterprises, a media organization that includes Tribeca Productions, Tribeca Studios, the Tribeca Film Festival, and the nonprofit Tribeca Film Institute.
Following the September 11 attacks, Rosenthal and Robert De Niro established the Tribeca Film Festival as a way to breathe new life into Lower Manhattan. Her professional partnership with De Niro dates back to 1988, and together they have produced such films as *Wag the Dog* (1997), *Meet the Parents* (2000), and *The Good Shepherd* (2006). In 2020, she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture for her work on *The Irishman* (2019).
