Her professional journey began at the Radu Stanca National Theatre, where she served as a collaborating actor from 2017 to 2019 and also took on the role of makeup artist during the 2018-2019 season. Throughout her time at the theater, she showcased her versatility in a range of productions, including notable performances in "The Viaduct" (2015) directed by Anca Bradu, "Mal/praxis" (2017) under Bogdan Georgescu, and the acclaimed "Faust" (2017) directed by Silviu Purcărete. Alexandra continued to impress audiences with her roles in "The Seagull" (2019) and "Psychopathos" (2021).

In addition to her stage work, she has made significant strides in film. In 2019, she played a leading role in the film "Dreamachine," further solidifying her presence in the cinematic world.
