Seth Kubersky has spent over a quarter-century weaving together careers as a theatrical artist, cultural critic, and travel journalist. He is perhaps best known as the co-author of *The Unofficial Guide to Universal Orlando*, *The Unofficial Guide to Disneyland*, and *The Unofficial Guide to Las Vegas*, while also contributing to *The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World*. His expertise on theme parks has made him a nationally recognized voice, with regular contributions to *Attractions Magazine* and the *Unofficial Universal Orlando Podcast*. In addition, Kubersky pens the “Live Active Cultures” arts column for the *Orlando Weekly*, central Florida’s premier alternative paper, and appeared in the documentary *Stolen Kingdom*.
Originally from Livingston, New Jersey, Kubersky earned a B.A. in theater from the College of William and Mary. His creative roots run deep: he founded the award-winning Empty Spaces Theatre Co. and has directed numerous productions at the Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival. Between 1996 and 2000, he worked as a stage technician and entertainment supervisor at Universal Orlando, contributing to attractions like Ghostbusters Spooktacular and Terminator 2: 3-D, as well as Mardi Gras parades and Halloween haunted houses. Today, he calls Orlando home alongside his wife, Genevieve, and their cats, Kipper, Pumpkin, and Sol.
